Welcome to Sushupati. By creating an account or using the app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Sushupati is a sleep wellness companion that combines Vedic wisdom, CBT-I, NLP, EFT and modern sleep science to support restful sleep. It includes an AI coach, a sleep journal, alertness (PVT) tests, optional sleep sensing and wearable connections, challenges and rewards.

2. Not Medical Advice

Sushupati is an AI companion, not a licensed therapist or medical professional. Content is for general wellness and education only and is not a diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical sleep disorder, or are experiencing severe distress or thoughts of self-harm, contact a qualified healthcare professional or local emergency services immediately.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Service, attempt to break or probe its security, or access other users' data
  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes
  • Copy, resell or reverse-engineer any part of the Service, including the Sushupati Methodâ„¢

5. Plans, Trials and Payments

Sushupati offers a free trial and paid plans (Plus and Pro). Plan features, prices and billing terms are shown in the app at the time of purchase. Paid plans are activated after payment is confirmed. Referral rewards are offered at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn.

6. Sensors and Devices

Sleep Sensor sessions use your microphone and motion sensors only after you choose "Start sensing" and grant permission. Raw audio and motion data are not stored or uploaded. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Your Content

You own the sleep data, journal entries and messages you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

8. Safety Features

Messages and journal entries are automatically screened for crisis signals so we can show you support resources. This is an aid only, not a monitoring or emergency service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results vary from person to person. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sushupati is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
